Soonward uses Common Paper's Cloud Service Agreement as the starting point for customer contracting. The materials below are posted for review, and any final customer engagement is completed through a cover page, order form, or separate written agreement.

Soonward Commercial Position

  • Soonward's operating position is not to use third-party processors or subprocessors for customer content or customer personal data.
  • Soonward does not use customer content or customer personal data to train third-party models.
  • Before signature, the applicable cover page fills in the final provider legal entity, notice address, governing law, service description, fees, support, and any customer-specific deviations.

How These Materials Are Used

Common Paper's contract model separates the business cover page from the hosted standard terms. Soonward posts the source materials here for procurement, legal, and security review. The final agreement for a specific engagement still depends on the completed cover-page details.
