Privacy Policy

Last updated April 13, 2026.

Soonward keeps the public site intentionally narrow: no analytics, no ad tech, no embedded chat tools, no cookie banners, and no listed third-party processors for Soonward product data.

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Soonward handles personal information collected through the public website at soonward.com and through direct communications that reference this policy.

The current public website is a marketing site. It does not include a customer account, embedded signup form, analytics script, or advertising pixel.

Information Soonward Collects

Soonward collects only the information that is necessary to respond to an inquiry or operate the site.

  • Information you choose to send. If you email Soonward, the message may include your name, email address, organization, role, and any other information you include in the message.
  • Basic technical delivery data. Like any website, requests for site content may generate ordinary network or server logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

How Soonward Uses Information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, or continue a business discussion.
  • To protect the website, diagnose delivery problems, and prevent misuse.
  • To keep an internal record of correspondence relevant to a request or engagement.

How Soonward Shares Information

Soonward does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising, profiling, or marketing trackers.

Soonward's operating position is not to use third-party processors or subprocessors for customer content or customer personal data. If that changes, Soonward will update its public subprocessors list before the change takes effect.

Soonward may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Cookies and Tracking

The public Soonward website is designed not to use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, session replay tools, chat widgets, or third-party embedded scripts.

The site also does not rely on externally hosted Google Fonts or similar remote font loaders. Fonts used on the site are served locally.

Retention

Soonward keeps correspondence and related records only for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Your Choices

You can ask Soonward to access, correct, or delete information you previously sent by contacting hello@soonward.com. Soonward may need to retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping.

Changes

Soonward may update this policy as the site or service changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
